So here is a step by step guide to activate Tata Docomo My Account on your number
Depending On Your type Of Tata Docomo Connection Prepay/Postpay/Photon, navigate to the links below,and register,you can check the screenshots for help 🙂
There it will look somewhat like this,there fill in your mobile number,alternate email id’s and click on the Submit Button

Step 2 :
Now,you will receive a temporary pin/password on your mobile number[ Save it,as it will be your temporary Password !!! ],just visit the following URL and Login with your Mobile Number as Username and ur received pin as password 😀
Step 3 :
Now Enter Your Mobile Number,Password And Click on Login,you may be asked to change your Password / Just Change it ,Update your Profile And Continue 😀
Step 4 :
Now You will be Redirected to your dashboard Page it will look somewhat like this ->
here you will see your Address, MNP Status, PUK Code, as well as you can check your Last Recharges Just Click on The Link shown in your Dashboard,which is highlighted by Green in the Previous/above image..
You Can also Note down your PUK code !! which is very useful when the sim is pin locked 🙁 😀
Now Let’s Explore the facilities available in the Portal
Just hover your Mouse Pointer over the Telephone Setup , highlighted in green in the below figure, you will see options such as
Mobile Details : This will show you the details about your Number
Do Not Disturb : Cllicking on this option will take you to a page where you can Activate/Deactivate DND[Do Not Disturb]Service on Your Account with just 1 Click 😉 !!
Prepaid/Postpaid Details : This Option will show your present state Prepaid Balance / Postpaid Bill, Your Activation Date,Your Validity,as well as your last call charges
Now go to My Services Option Present in the Right hand side of your screen,shown highlighted in the Screen So we can Browse through More Features
here you can see Options such as Barring/Unbarring,Status of you complaints,[De]Activate Features…let’s explore them
Barring/Unbarring : Clicking This Option allows you to barr,your sim/outgoing calls/sms, very very useful incase of sim lost,or phone theft..for protecting undue charges.. Screenshot at the end of the Post
Status Of Your Complaints : By Clicking here you can check your past/active consumer/customer care complaints and check whether they are really solved/solving them or not ;),Screenshot Below
[De] Activate Services : By clicking this option,will open up a menu where you can easily activate / deactivate features such as 3G/CRBT[Caller Ringback Tone] and any VAS Services active on your number..Check the Last Screenshot of the Post 🙂
